Land Development

GEI is very proactive with land development design and planning in an attempt to provide the highest quality and highest marketable project available.  We complete comparable analysis and various types of layouts, considering the environmental aspects to develop creative designs for our projects.  Our goal is to develop a project with the highest marketability versus create the most lots or units which could be yielded by a parcel of land.  We have a very strong ability to incorporate open space, wetlands, woodlands, floodplains, and uplands to yield lots which are very desirable.  A development with the highest yield may not be the most desirable nor the most profitable for the developer.  The reduction of lots from the maximum yield to a desirable layout is very minimal.
