Private Ski Lakes
The developers, Recreational Development, LLC with the design, engineering, and surveying experience and lake design expertise of Gould Engineering, Inc. is developing a water sports recreation community. The resulting community, Placid Waters, will be conceived under the most modern design standards for land development and planning and offer resort level living for the future site condominium unit owners.
The project will be developed with a single lake as the most prominent feature. The lake features six (6) bays for the purposes of slalom skiing, trick skiing, and wakeboarding with home sites located along the bays.
Other site features include a community center. This complex includes a pool, hot tub, two (2) Endless Pools, a fitness center, locker rooms, banquet facilities including a commercial kitchen, a water-ski pro shop, convenience store, gasoline, parking area, sun patio, soccer field, and playground. This community center has both public and private elements. The pro shop and convenience store are open to the public.
The community will also include a jogging trail that will encircle the property.
This recreational living community is the largest total service complex of it’s type in the world.
